Rosie Fox Accessories: The 3in1 Brooche Style Tip!

I went to the Pure London Fashion Week a couple of weeks ago in London and came accross Rosie Fox accessories: they are simply stunning. Especially the brooches, which are your 3in1 accessory:

1.Brooch

Olivia Palermo

2.Hairclip

Zooey Deschanel

3.Clutch Bag Decoration

This is my personal tip, so if you are tired of using the same clutch, add a brooch in the middle or on the side for a change.

These would work well with the clutch colour above. They are both by Rosie Fox.

London Fashion Week 2013: How to Rock Colour next Aut/Winter 2013-14

Col our is a powerful element in an outfit and this year's London Fashion Week has clearly demonstrated it. It showed us that Aut/Winter 2013-14 is all about colour experiment as some designers have ventured to go softer, while others sticked to the warm classic aut/wintery colour trends adding a twist of neutral palettes of Beiges and Nudes, textures, or metalic accessories to brighten up the after season.

So, here is what we've learned during LFW 2013:

Click on the pictures to make photo bigger

1. Beiges & Nudes: Neat & elegant accentuated with pearls and statement red pumps by Emilia Wickstead; add a golden metalic belt  like Burberry; black lace in Kristian Aadnevik; soft pink turtleneck sweater like Blumarine; or balance it up with smokey-eyes like in Rohmir.

2. Black Magic: Black is a non-fading colour and we are happy to see it is still in vogue; a great basis to contrast colours like brown in Burberry & Daks; although Blumarine has proved us  it works just as well if you decide to go one tone. It just can't fail you.

3. Burgundy Auburn: Dark, rich red wine burgendy and soft auburn at times were seen everywhere from Felder Felder to Burberry and Twenty8Twelve. To add more drama, it was teamed with metalic accessories, blue stiletto pumps, and black; but it also works perfectly in one tone - thanks Felder Felder.

4. Monochromes: No. It's not over yet, we still have another year to style in monochromes as it is still season-in for Aut/Winter 2013-14. You simply can't fail high elegance and sofistication in this Tom Ford, Huishan Zhang, or Orla Kiely outfits. Again, feel free to add metalic accessories like this Burberry bag, or even match with a brown belt & hat like Issa London's dress - simply beautiful.

5. Mix & Match Soft Colours: It looks like Blumarine, Kristian Aadnevik and Katerina Kukhareva have proved us wrong: yes, soft colours can also work well in Aut/Winter seasons. See how subtle grey works great with light pink in Blumarine, hues of soft blue and violet shades with a contrast of black in Kristian Aadnevik, and pink and rusty brown/bronze in Katerina Kukhareva.

6. Colour & Textures:  Adding textures is another key element in making colours stand-out. Just like accessories, textures give your outfit that je ne sais quoi effect and can be in the form of beading like these stunning Blumarine and Kristian Aadnevik dresses, a combo of lace and fabric in Huishan Zhang, thick embroidery in Rohmir, or leather pieces in Burberry.

Oscars 2013: Best Dressed!

I have to say, Ms. Aniston looked stunning in this red Valentino gown.

Amy Adams aimed high in  gorgeous Oscar De La Renta dress. 5*

Naomi Watts is bringing Sexy Back...We say: Yeah!

I am absolutely head-over-feet for Zoe Saldana' sumptuous nicely fitted gown; although not sure about the silver belt, small flowers or a one tone satin ribon would have looked better - what you think?

Jennifer Lawrence stole the red carpet in Dior, a fairy-tale princess!

La Belle Anne Hathaway kept things simple yet sophisticated in this Prada gown, the pale pink colour worked great with her skin tone and hair colour - so cute!

Halle Berry opted for a silver grey Valentino gown, while Jessica Chastain went for Armani gold - we love both!

Charlize Theron looked unbelievably beautiful - again- in a unicolour white gown with a beaded peplum!

As for Sandra Bullock, what can one say? STU-NNING.

Love Giuliana Rancic's gown choice: the subtle flunces work well with the fitted cut.

Kelly Rowland nailed it in this monochrome sexy gown. Well done, Kelly!
